who is this program for?
This is an ADD ON to the nutrition program. It is exactly like the nutrition program PLUS a workout training program included (hence: nutrition AND fitness). It is for people who exercise or are willing to put in exercise into their lifestyle, as there will be a training program included. If you have always been into fitness and healthy eating, but aren’t seeing results, aren’t consistent, want to learn more, or maybe you ace all those things but you just need to be held accountable by having a coach by your side… this is for you.
what is included?
- Initial intake session (in person or online) to go over all your health concerns
- A nutritional protocol educating you on your health concerns + a nutritional plan to tackle each concern
- An exercise program tailored yo your needs, goals and lifestyle (at home & gym available)
- A 15 minute follow up call to go over your nutritional protocol and plan
- Monthly email check in’s
- Recipes that you may include in your plan tailored to your needs
- Holistic lifestyle recommendations
- Supplement recommendations tailored to your specific needs based off your budget
- 24/5 access to me

- Skin care routine recommendations (if needed)
- Help with any mental struggles (relating to fitness) you might deal with on this journey
